My CV Update

I haven't update my resume and CV for a long time, but here's one from Kallah (Bride), this short film which I drew the storyboards....thumbs up!.

‘Kallah’ has been accepted to the Premiers Plans Film Festival competition in France (see forwarded email) !

This is a really big one I hear so worth mentioning!

Also, in the last two months the film has been shown in:

The DaKINO International Film Festival in Bucharest, Romania

and in the Old Cinema in Chiswick in London.

Dear Chrissy Bright, dear Miri Shapiro,

We are glad to announce you that we have selected Miri Shapiro’s film Kallah (Bride) for the Premiers Plans Film Festival competition, which will take place in Angers from January 18^th to January 27^th.

The Festival would like to invite the director for three days (we will take care of the journey, and the two hotel nights), in order to present her film and meet the public. The day of the screening will be known before Christmas. We will contact her in a near future to organize her journey.

If there is no French-subtitled video copy of your film, would it be possible to send the film as soon as possible, and before December 17^th, to the following address (our electronically subtitling agent):

We would also need the original dialogue list in English, that you can send to this email address

Please inform us of the tracking number of your sending, as well as the return address for the forwarding of your film..

On the other hand, we would also need:

- The director’s bio-filmography

- pictures of the film and of the director (300dpi)

- The different selected films are at the disposal of the professionals who could not attend the screenings of the festival; please do not hesitate to bring some other DVD of your film.
